Based out of our station at 12163 Bay Ridge Drive in Burlington, our drivers serve communities across Skagit and Whatcom Counties with reliability, safety, and consistency every single day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same. Our drivers deliver between 150–250 packages daily using company-provided electric vans, staying active throughout their routes and playing a direct role in keeping our communities connected. With competitive pay ranging from $24–$27 per hour, performance bonuses of up to $320 per month, weekly incentives, and overtime opportunities, our team members are recognized and rewarded for the work they put in. Full-time employees also receive a $500 sign-on bonus, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible access to wages when you need them.
