What We Offer…
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $26/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $500 (full-time employees)
Performance Bonuses: Up to $320/month
Weekly Incentives: Extra bonuses for top performers
Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate
Shoe Credit: $125

Work Type: Full-time/Part-time
Schedule: Varies (includes weekends)
About This Role
Deliver 100–150 packages per day across the island
Operate a company-provided delivery van
Work outdoors with scenic Pacific Northwest views
Stay active — walking up to 10 miles per day
Lift packages up to 50 lbs
