Our drivers deliver between 100–150 packages daily across the island, operating company-provided vans and enjoying routes filled with fresh air, ocean views, and peaceful surroundings. It’s an active role that keeps you moving, with up to 10 miles of walking per day, while still allowing you to slow down and appreciate the environment around you.

We believe great work should be rewarded. That’s why we offer competitive pay at $26 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time team members, and performance bonuses of up to $320 per month. With additional weekly incentives, overtime opportunities, and a $125 shoe credit, our compensation is designed to recognize the effort our team puts in every day.
